About

Hi, I’m Taylor — a small-town mama to two wonderful, wild-hearted boys, growing roots right where God planted us.

In this season of life, my days are filled with muddy footprints, warm bread on the counter, garden soil beneath my fingernails, and whispered prayers over sleeping little ones. Motherhood has shaped me in the gentlest and strongest ways — teaching me that the most sacred moments are often the quietest ones.

I started Sparrow & Hearth Living as a place to gather those moments. A place where faith and family meet everyday beauty. Where we can slow down, soften the noise, and remember that home is more than walls — it’s the feeling we create within them.

Here, you’ll find reflections on motherhood, simple homemaking, garden seasons, and a life anchored in Christ. I believe in raising boys who know kindness and courage, in tending flowers that bloom in their own time, and in building a home that feels like grace when you walk through the door.

Sparrow & Hearth Living is my offering — a gentle corner of the internet where we can celebrate small-town living, slow rhythms, and the quiet work of growing something beautiful.

I’m so grateful you’re here. Truly.

Let’s build a life that feels rooted, peaceful, and full of light. 🤍

About Sparrow & Hearth Living

Welcome to Sparrow & Hearth Living — a quiet little corner of the internet where faith, home, and motherhood gently intertwine.

Here in our small town beneath open skies, I’m raising two boys, tending gardens, and learning to cherish the sacred beauty tucked inside ordinary days. Life moves a little slower here. Mornings begin with sunlight through the windows, muddy boots by the door, and the steady rhythm of a home built with love and intention.

Sparrow & Hearth Living is a place where I gather the simple things that make a house feel like home — warm kitchens, growing gardens, the laughter of children, and the quiet comfort of a life rooted in Christ.

You’ll find reflections on motherhood, faith-filled living, cozy homemaking, simple country rhythms, and the gentle reminder that the most meaningful moments are often the smallest ones.

Like the sparrow, we’re reminded that even the smallest lives are deeply cared for. And like the hearth, home is where warmth, rest, and belonging are found.

So come in, settle for a while, and stay as long as you’d like.

“Are not two sparrows sold for a penny? And not one of them will fall to the ground apart from your Father. But even the hairs of your head are all numbered. Fear not, therefore; you are of more value than many sparrows.” – Matthew 10:29-31
